To maintain efficiency and respect the time of our staff, we do not accept cold calls or unsolicited emails from unknown suppliers.
We respectfully ask that all new supplier communication go through our dedicated gateway.
When we have active supply needs, they will be published here with the relevant details you need to submit interest.
However, we also recognise that innovation and value often come from unexpected places, therefore we welcome submissions from suppliers whose offerings may not align with an active opportunity but could benefit our operations in the future.

Loading Bay Servicing
I-Tek in Bedfordshire, UK, has 10 loading bays with dock levellers and doors. These are due a service before December 2025. We are looking for a company who does not charge for on-going maintenance, but would conduct an annual service, and 6 month interim inspection providing a report of planned maintenance issues. Please summarise all qualifications and insurance docs that can be provided if we submit an RFQ.

Commercial Cleaning - Review
Our contract with our current company is due to end on the 23rd July 2025. They have been notified that we are not renewing the contract and are actively procuring a new supplier. The building we occupy is an active 24/7 manufacturing facility with staff on site. I have attached the current contract elements. Please submit EOI, plus an estimate for the services noted. If you are in need of a site visit, please inform the team at Sourcesmart within your service description.

Leadership Training/Coaching
We have recently recruited promoted a new leadership team in a variety of departments, due to this change within the business we are looking at EOI from various suppliers of training/coaching that will help us to shape our team to be working in a similar way across the board. We are looking to review submission in two months, and will be inviting companies that align with our vision to a second stage which will involve an online meeting with a presentation.

Machinery Movement
We have five CNC machines at 20 tonnes each that need to be moved from our Southampton facility to Heathrow. They will need to be decommissioned, transported, off-loaded and installed. Additionally, we need 2 machines to be moved to make room for the incoming CNC machines at the Heathrow Facility.
